- to enable Mondo d.o.o. to manage customer service interactions with you; and

Mondo d.o.o. uses your personal data for electronic marketing purposes (with your consent) and may send you newsletter to update you on the latest Papaya club offers.
Mondo d.o.o. aims to update you about products & services which are of interest and relevance to you as an individual.
You have the right to opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time, by:
- changing marketing preferences via your Mailchimp account;
- making use of the simple “unsubscribe” link in emails or the “STOP” number for texts; and/or
- contacting Mondo d.o.o. via the contact channels set out in this Policy.
Web Banner Advertising
If you visit our websites, you may receive personalised banner advertisements whilst browsing other websites. Any banner advertisements you see will relate to products you have viewed whilst browsing our websites on your computer or other devices.
These advertisements are provided by Mondo d.o.o. via market leading specialist providers using ‘cookies’ placed on your computer or other devices (see further information on the use of cookies here).
Mailing lists
As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about our services/products you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing our data protection officer at [email protected]
We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses, we use your personal data limited to necessary information for the required purpose, and only for our needs. Even in our company not all employees have the access to your data, but it is restricted only to Data Protection Officer and employees he authorizes, so we will give our best efforts to keep all personal data confidential.
Sharing data with third parties
Our service providers and suppliers
In order to make certain services available to you, we may need to share your personal data with some of our service partners. These include IT, delivery and marketing service providers.
Mondo d.o.o. only allows its service providers to handle your personal data when we have confirmed that they apply appropriate data protection and security controls. We also impose contractual obligations on service providers relating to data protection and security, which mean they can only use your data to provide services to Mondo d.o.o. and to you, and for no other purposes.
Other third parties
Aside from our service providers and the Data Protection Officer, Mondo d.o.o. will not disclose your personal data to any third party nor to other Mondo d.o.o. employees (other than authorized employees), except as set out below. We will never sell or rent our customer data to other organisations for marketing purposes. Also when someone visits www.papaya.com.hr or any other subdomain we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
We may share your data with:
- credit reference agencies where necessary for card payments;
- governmental bodies, regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts/tribunals and insurers where we are required to do so:
- to comply with our legal obligations;
- to exercise our legal rights (for example in court cases);

How long do we keep your data?
We will not retain your data for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. Different retention periods apply for different types of data, however the longest we will normally hold any personal data is 6 years.

To Whom We Disclose Information

Recording and photographing
Surveillance cameras recording
By accepting our Privacy policy, you accept that our all facilities are under audio-video surveillance for security purposes, and recordings may also be used for security causes, if it is necessary or requested by authorities.
Promotional recording and photographing
By accepting our Privacy policy, you also accept the possibility of being photographed at the club Papaya or at the Hostel Moon Rocks (beach area). Photos shall be used for promotional and marketing purposes and can be published on social media and our website. You can contact us at any time, via email to [email protected] and ask to remove published photo if it shows you in person.
Wi-Fi usage
By accepting our Privacy policy and connecting to wi-fi in our facilities be aware that Mondo d.o.o. does not control, nor is it in any way liable for, data or content that you access or receive via the wi-fi Service. The Internet contains unedited materials, some of which may be sexually explicit or offensive to you. Mondo d.o.o. is not a publisher of third-party content that can be accessed through the Service and is not responsible for any opinions, advice, statements, services or other information provided by third parties and accessible through the Service. You are responsible for evaluating such content.
Personal data submitted by you in the registration process is subject to this Privacy Notice.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Notice, do not use the Service.
Service Providers
We work with third party service providers who provide website, application development, hosting, maintenance, and other services for us. Ticketing Data
When you purchase a ticket (or tickets), merchandise, VIP table voucher through the Papaya club venue or online your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored in our database. You may, purchase a ticket (or tickets) in person without supplying the aforementioned personal data. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.
Change of Ownership
Information about Users and Visitors, including Personal Data, may be disclosed and otherwise transferred to an acquirer, successor or assignee as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which information is transferred to one or more third parties as one of our business assets and only if the recipient of the User or Visitor Data commits to a Privacy Policy that has terms substantially consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Client Data may be physically or electronically transferred to an acquirer, or successor or assignee as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which information is transferred to one or more third parties as one of our business assets, for the sole purpose of continuing the operation of the Service, and only if the recipient of the Client Data commits to a Privacy Policy that has terms substantially consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Access, Correction, Deletion
